Total Video Converter is an all-in-one shareware video converter for Windows. This application makes it possible to convert from a wide range of video formats to audio/video files. We can use it to convert FLV, AVI, MPG, MP4, WMV, 3GP, MOV, RM, ASF video files to AVI, XViD, MPEG4, H264, and DivX video files; and MP3, and WAV audio files. We can thus take our favorite audio and video with us on portable devices, such as iPhone, iPod, Pocket PC and others.

We get to customize the output settings: audio (codec, bitrate, mode, sample, frequency, and volume), video settings (codec, bitrate, frame, resolution, and aspect ratio), and file extension/type. In addition, we can check the appropriate boxes to automatically shut down the computer, play sound and/or show output folder after the conversion process is completed. We can test the evaluation version free of charge for a whole month. This trial version has one limitation: we are only allowed to convert 3 video files. This program runs under Windows Vista, XP, 2000, NT, ME, and 98 operating systems.
